# Account creation

> Register your organisation and get verified.

If you do not have access to the platform yet, the first step is to create an account. We
need some basic information from you, such as address and VAT number.

  Are you a partner setting up a new client? You do not create an account for them here. Add
  the client from your own partner account instead. See
  [Client management](/partner-client-management).

  <Step title="Complete the registration form">
    Register your organisation at
    [platform.outkept.com/register-organisation](https://platform.outkept.com/register-organisation).

    You will be asked for your organisation details, invoicing information and licence
    information.

  <Step title="Wait for verification">
    We verify your account, which usually takes about two to four hours. If it takes longer
    than that, contact [support@outkept.com](mailto:support@outkept.com).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in">
    Once verified, you can sign in with single sign-on.
