# Impact, history and personal statistics

> The three views that show how your campaign is developing.

## Campaign impact

Possibly the most insightful graph. **Campaign impact** visualises all types of interaction
and how they evolve according to your clustering or frequency.

Use the legend on the right-hand side to show and hide individual data points, which makes
it much easier to read than showing everything at once.

## Campaign history

This graph visualises the cumulative score of each interaction. You see the total over the
chosen period, which gives a complete picture of the organisation's vulnerability rather
than a per-period snapshot.

## Personal impact statistics

**Personal impact statistics** shows data for each end user involved in the campaign, with
columns for mails received, mails opened, got phished, links clicked, data submissions,
attachments opened, replies and reports.

<Warning>
  This is the most sensitive part of the dashboard. We advise partners and customers to
  handle it with care. Results exist to guide training, not to identify people for
  discipline.
</Warning>

Clicking a user's name navigates to their personal dashboard. There you can see an overview
of their interactions, the simulations they received, and an activity timeline. In the
**Emails** section you can click a specific email to view its content and see which
interactions were recorded and when.

This is the same dashboard end users see when they log in. See
[End user experience](/end-user-experience).

## Exporting

**Personal impact statistics** has a CSV export. See [Monthly reports and exports](/monthly-reports-exports).
