## Before you get in touch

For deliverability problems, it speeds things up considerably if you can tell us:

* Which mail platform you use, and whether a gateway or firewall sits in front of it
* Whether the mail arrived at all, and if so where it landed
* The campaign name and approximate send time

For account verification that is taking longer than four hours, quote your organisation name
and the address you registered with.
