# Feedback mails & invites

> Replace our default reply emails with your own.

Every time a user reports a mail, replies to a simulation, or is invited to a course, we send
them an email. By default those come from us. Under **Customisation** then **Replies** you can
replace any of them with your own version.

Each reply can carry your company logo, your own wording and your own HTML layout, so the
feedback your people receive looks like it comes from your organisation rather than from a
supplier.

## What you can customise

Replies are grouped by where they come from. Each one has its own languages and its own
enabled toggle, so you can replace one and leave the rest on our defaults.

### Phishing simulations

| Reply | When we send it |
| - | - |
| Reported not a simulation | A user reports an email that is not an OutKept phishing simulation |
| Reported a simulation (post interaction) | A user reports a simulation after having interacted with it |
| Reported a simulation (pre interaction) | A user reports a simulation before having interacted with it |
| Replied to a simulation | A user replies to a simulation |

<Note>
  The pre and post interaction replies are separate for a reason. Someone who spotted the mail
  before clicking and someone who reported it after clicking have both done the right thing,
  but they need to hear different things.
</Note>

### Learning platform

| Reply | When we send it |
| - | - |
| Account activation (no course) | A newly registered employee needs to activate their account and no course is assigned yet |
| Course enrolment (account activation) | An employee is invited to a course but has not activated their account yet |
| Course enrolment | An existing employee is invited to a new course |

## Enabling a reply

A customised reply only goes out once you switch it on. Until then we keep sending our
default, so you can build and review yours without anything reaching your people.

## Languages and fallback

Each reply can exist in several languages, matched against a user's language tag.

<Warning>
  The first language you create is the fallback. Anyone whose language tag does not match a
  version you have made receives that first one, so make it the language most of your
  organisation reads.
</Warning>

Add further languages afterwards, each with its own text and layout.
