# Email delivery

> Tell us which mail platform your organisation uses.

This step asks which mail platform your users are on and helps you to setup the correct
whitelisting.

## Microsoft

Delivery to Microsoft tenants is handled by the whitelisting you set up before onboarding, so
there is nothing to configure in this step. Continue to the next one.

  Have you not whitelisted yet? See [Microsoft 365](/whitelisting-microsoft-365). Simulations
  sent before whitelisting is in place will be filtered, and those results are not comparable
  to later ones.

## Google Workspace

Google Workspace uses Direct Message Injection (DMI) instead of IP-based whitelisting, so
this has to be set up before you continue.
