# End user experience

> What your employees see when they are invited to learning.

When you invite users to OutKept Learning, they receive an email from `learning.outkept.com`
prompting them to create an account.

During setup, users can either use single sign-on or create an account with a password.

## Certification

Users can earn certification for completed courses. An overview is available on the
**Certifications** page.

On successful completion they receive a certification badge, which can be shared on
LinkedIn. This gives employees a way to show their skills to their professional network,
which tends to help engagement with the programme.

## Personal dashboard

End users also get their own personal dashboard. It works like the main dashboard but shows
only their own data.

It lists the phishing simulations they received and the interactions they made, along with a
summary of those interactions that highlights where their own weak points are.
