# Mapping column values

> Match the values inside your columns to our tags, then confirm your organisation details.

Having mapped the columns, you now map the values inside them, so the data lines up with our
predetermined tags.

## What to expect

Some values are already pre-populated based on historical data. For fields that remain
empty, click the input field and select the appropriate tag.

<Warning>
  This is the most time-consuming part of onboarding. Depending on your organisation, expect
  fifteen to thirty minutes.
</Warning>

The good news is that you only do it properly once. Because of historical mapping, later
imports go much faster. If you stop mid-process, mappings you have saved are still there
when you come back.

## Organisation information

The last part of this step is the general information about your organisation: country,
organisation name, language and industry. This matters again for tagging and targeting on
the phisher side.

To ensure accurate tagging, include any specific individual tags in your initial file
upload.

<Note>
  Be careful with the country tag, because location is not always the right answer. If an
  employee works in Burundi but is from Belgium and mainly interacts with colleagues there,
  the tag should be Belgium, not Burundi.
