# Micro-learnings

> The teaching that happens inside the simulation itself.

Separately from the learning environment, the platform provides micro-learnings integrated
into the phishing simulations themselves.

## Feedback emails

Users receive feedback when they report something. There are three cases:

| What they reported | What we send |
| - | - |
| An OutKept simulation | Congratulations, confirming it was ours |
| A possible phishing mail, where we are not certain | First analysis and a warning to stay cautious |
| A confirmed phishing mail | A warning |

More on how reporting works is on [Reporting phishing](/reporting-overview).

## Tips landing page

When a user interacts with an attachment or clicks a link in a simulation, we redirect them
to our educational landing page. It gives a short, textual tip relevant to recognising that
particular kind of phishing attempt.

The page is available in more than twenty languages and is updated roughly every quarter.

<Note>
  Some simulations have their own landing page first, for example a fake login page. In that
  case users only reach the educational page after interacting with the fake page.
</Note>

## Customising it

Administrators can replace this page with their own, either coded by you or hosted on your own
site. See [Educational landing pages](/customisation-landing-pages).

The feedback emails above can be replaced the same way. See
[Feedback mails & invites](/customisation-replies).
