# Monthly reports and exports

> Have the numbers sent to you, or take them out of the platform yourself.

There are two ways to get results out of the platform: have a monthly summary delivered
automatically, or export the data yourself whenever you need it.

## Monthly security reports

Automatically send a monthly overview of the most important learning and phishing statistics
to the organisation members of your choice.

Activate it under **Settings** then **Campaign**, and pick who receives it. The report goes
out on the second day of every month.

## Exporting data and reports

For anything beyond the monthly summary, export from the
[dashboard](/campaign-dashboard) itself.

| Export | Where | What you get |
| - | - | - |
| Print | Top of the dashboard | A PDF version of the dashboard with all data displayed |
| Export as CSV | Personal impact statistics | Data per person for each type of interaction |

<Warning>
  Both apply the filtering and clustering selected at the top of the page. Set your filters
  before exporting rather than after, or you will export a different set of numbers than the
  one you were looking at.
</Warning>

The CSV export includes tags and placeholders. You get an overview of your exports, and a
notification in the platform and by email once one is ready.

<Warning>
  A CSV export contains results per individual employee. It is the most sensitive data the
  platform holds. Agree internally how individual results may be used before sending one on.
  See [personal impact statistics](/campaign-graphs).
