## Voor je contact opneemt

Bij problemen met aflevering helpt het enorm als je ons kunt vertellen:

* Welk mailplatform je gebruikt, en of er een gateway of firewall voor staat
* Of de mail toegekomen is, en zo ja waar ze belandde
* De naam van de campagne en het ongeveer tijdstip van verzending

Duurt de verificatie van je account langer dan vier uur, vermeld dan je organisatienaam en het
adres waarmee je je registreerde.
