# Preview and whitelisting test

> Check the mapping, then confirm that our mail reaches the inbox.

## Preview

You now get an overview of the imported data and its mapping. Check carefully that tags are
correctly placed. They are recognisable by the green bubbles.

When you are comfortable with the mapping, click **Next** and the data is imported as
mapped. Afterwards you can find these mappings under the **Manage your data** tab.

## Whitelisting test

Now confirm that the [whitelisting](/whitelisting) you set up actually works.

    Pick a domain that was included in your whitelisting.

  <Step title="Choose a recipient">
    Send to a contact under the domain name that underwent whitelisting. Sending elsewhere
    tests nothing useful.

    The recipient works through a number of test interactions, which confirms that all
    interactions are captured accurately.

  This test sends a technical email, not a phishing email. We recommend sending test emails
  only to yourself if you do not want others to know about the simulation programme in
  advance.

## Getting a white screen?

If you go through the test email and land on a white screen, our system is recognising your
interactions as a bot. Resolve this by adding your own IP address under **Settings** then
**Whitelisting**. See [Whitelisting your own IP address](/whitelisting-your-ip).
