# Report button add-in

> Deploy the OutKept Phishing Reporter add-in to everyone who uses Outlook.

This is an organisation-wide install: it deploys the OutKept Phishing Reporter add-in once,
from the Microsoft 365 admin center, for everyone in your organisation who uses Outlook. It is
the recommended route.

<Info>
  You need an administrator account for the tenant.
</Info>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Microsoft 365 admin center">
    Go to [portal.microsoft.com](https://portal.microsoft.com) and log in with an
    administrator account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to integrated apps">
    On the left-hand menu, click **Settings** and then select **Integrated apps**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Browse available add-ins">
    Click **Get apps**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the add-in">
    In the search bar, type `OutKept Phishing Reporter` and click the search icon. When it
    appears in the results, click **Get it now**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign it to everyone">
    Under **Assign users**, select **Entire organization**. Click **Next**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish the deployment">
    Review the deployment settings and, if everything looks correct, click **Finish
    deployment**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  If users do not see the add-in immediately, they may need to restart their Outlook client or
  wait a few minutes for it to appear.
</Note>

## Narrower rollouts

The same **Assign users** step offers two other options, useful for a phased rollout:

| Option | What it does |
| - | - |
| Just me | Installs for the admin account only |
| Specific users/groups | Installs for the users or groups you search for and add |

There is also an **Is this a test deployment?** toggle on that screen, and an optional email
notification to assigned users.

## Then what

Tell people the button exists before they need it. See
[Tell people about it](/reporting-overview#tell-people-about-it).

Reports then appear on the dashboard under **Reported emails**. See
[Dashboard](/campaign-dashboard).
