# Software tag and colleague names

> Two settings that make simulations more believable.

## Software tag

To provide the most relevant simulations possible, select the software your organisation
uses. The choice applies to your entire target list.

The point is to avoid mismatches. If your organisation runs Google Workspace, employees
should not be receiving simulated Microsoft notifications.

| Option | Covers |
| - | - |
| Microsoft 365 | Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint |
| Google Workspace | Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar |

If you use neither, or you want employees to also receive mail imitating software they use
personally, continue with **Continue to Preview** without selecting anything.

## Colleague names

You can allow our ethical phishers to use colleague names in their emails. They get access
to placeholders that, when the mail arrives in a specific person's mailbox, refer to a close
colleague of that recipient.

The selection is automatic, based on organisation, department, position and seniority.

This option exists because real phishing regularly exploits internal confusion between
colleagues. It also builds awareness around CEO fraud, which continues to grow.

<Tip>
Keep the toggle green to allow the option. If you disable it, your targets will never
receive emails that mention other colleagues.
