# Start courses

> Announce the training and the invitation people will receive.

Send this before you invite people to their courses. It confirms that the invitation from
`learning.outkept.com` is genuine, which is worth saying plainly to an audience you are about
to train in not trusting unexpected emails.

**Subject:** Important notice – Start of our security awareness training

```text theme={null}
Dear colleagues,
To better protect ourselves against phishing and other forms of cybercrime, we are starting
a security awareness programme in collaboration with our partner OutKept. The courses are
short and practical, and explain what is behind these attacks and how to recognise them, at
work and at home.
You will shortly receive an invitation by email from learning.outkept.com asking you to
create your account. You can either log in with single sign-on or set up an account with a
password. This invitation is genuine, so you can safely follow the link in it.
Once you are in, you will find the courses assigned to you. Each course you complete earns
you a certification, and you can find an overview of these on the Certifications page. You
also receive a badge that you can share on LinkedIn if you wish, which is a simple way to
show your professional network that you take this seriously.
You will also get your own personal dashboard. It shows only your own data: the simulated
phishing emails you received, how you reacted to them, and a short summary of that. It is
meant as a mirror for yourself, so you can see where you are strong and where you still
slip up.
We are not doing this to catch anyone out. The aim is that everyone recognises a phishing
message faster, in the office and in your private mailbox. If you have any questions about
the invitation or the courses, contact our IT department.
Thank you for your cooperation and stay safe online!
Kind regards,
```
