# Vanta

> Link your course data to Vanta as compliance evidence.

Connecting Vanta links your course data to your Vanta account, where it serves as proof of
compliance for security awareness training. That evidence supports frameworks such as
ISO 27001 and SOC 2, so you do not have to export course completions and upload them by hand.

## Before you start

You need:

* Access to the platform with an **Administrator** or **Partner** role
* A Vanta account you can authorise the connection with

## Connect Vanta

  <Step title="Open the integrations settings">
    Go to **Settings** then **Integrations**.

  <Step title="Start the connection">
    On the Vanta card, click **Connect**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorise">
    Sign in to Vanta and approve the connection. You are returned to the platform once it is
    authorised.

Once connected, your course data flows to Vanta on its own. Nothing further needs to be
configured on our side.
