In Google Workspace the OutKept Reporter is installed by an administrator from the Marketplace, either for everyone or for selected groups.
Before you start, make sure you are signed in on an administrator account.

Open the Marketplace apps list

In the Admin console, go to Menu → Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps → Apps list.

Find the app

Search for OutKept reporter and select the app.

Install it

Click Install app, then Admin install, then Continue.

Choose who gets it

Pick the scope that fits your rollout, then click Finish.
Individual install on this screen installs the app for your administrator account only. Use it to try the button before rolling it out.

Using the button

You will find the report button on the bar on the right in Gmail. Clicking it on a mail you think is phishing is enough to report it.

Then what

Set your software tag to Google Workspace if you have not already, so simulations imitate the products your people actually use. See Software tag. Tell people the button exists before they need it. See Tell people about it. Reports then appear on the dashboard under Reported emails. See Dashboard.
