Once your simulations are launched, step back and look at the fuller picture. Within a few days, data appears on the dashboard tab, giving a view of the various interactions and the corresponding data range. This is what you build your report from.

Understanding the numbers

Hover the information icon next to any interaction for an explanation of what it means. The number next to each interaction is how often that interaction occurred, based on the number of simulations where that type of interaction was possible. So if eleven simulations included an attachment, attachment figures are measured against eleven, not against your whole campaign.

Got phished

Got phished gives a high-level view of your organisation’s vulnerability. It counts each unique phishing interaction per simulation. If somebody clicks a link and opens an attachment in the same mail, that counts once, not twice.

Filtering and clustering

You can filter on the specific data uploaded during onboarding. Looking at the interaction rate of particular departments or business functions shows you where the weaknesses actually sit. By default, clustering follows the phishing frequency you set during onboarding. You can find that under Phishing frequency in Campaign settings.

Deleted persons

You can include deleted persons in the data. People who left the organisation, and the target list, still appear in the statistics.
Worth switching on for long-term reporting. Excluding leavers makes your historical numbers shift every time somebody resigns, which makes year-on-year comparison meaningless.
