Every time a user reports a mail, replies to a simulation, or is invited to a course, we send
them an email. By default those come from us. Under Customisation then Replies you can
replace any of them with your own version.
Each reply can carry your company logo, your own wording and your own HTML layout, so the
feedback your people receive looks like it comes from your organisation rather than from a
supplier.
What you can customise
Replies are grouped by where they come from. Each one has its own languages and its own
enabled toggle, so you can replace one and leave the rest on our defaults.
Phishing simulations
The pre and post interaction replies are separate for a reason. Someone who spotted the mail
before clicking and someone who reported it after clicking have both done the right thing,
but they need to hear different things.
Enabling a reply
A customised reply only goes out once you switch it on. Until then we keep sending our
default, so you can build and review yours without anything reaching your people.
Languages and fallback
Each reply can exist in several languages, matched against a user’s language tag.
The first language you create is the fallback. Anyone whose language tag does not match a
version you have made receives that first one, so make it the language most of your
organisation reads.
Add further languages afterwards, each with its own text and layout.
