Two things can be done in bulk from a partner account: giving colleagues access to several client organisations, and changing tag data across many users.

Bulk-invite members

Give your team members access to multiple organisations in one go, rather than inviting them to each client separately.
1

Open client management

Go to Client Management.
2

Select the organisations

Select one or several organisations.
3

Invite

Click Invite members in the pop-up, enter the email addresses and assign roles.
Assign the lowest role that still lets each person do their job. Someone who only reads a client’s monthly numbers needs Viewer, not Administrator. See Access management.

Bulk assign courses

Make a course available across several clients at once, rather than enabling it client by client.
1

Open client management

Go to Client Management and select a client. A bar appears with an Assign courses button.
2

Choose the clients and the courses

Click Assign courses. In the pop-up, select the clients you want to assign to, and pick one or more courses on the same screen.
3

Decide who gets invited

On the next page, choose whether everyone in those organisations receives an invitation.
4

Review and finish

The last page shows an overview of what you are about to do. Click Finish.
Leaving the invitation off makes the course available to the administrators of those organisations without mailing their employees. Useful when you have built a custom course and want to hand it to a client before anyone is enrolled. See Creating your own course.

Bulk editor

Data that is not available in your client’s AD can be added in bulk on the platform itself.
We recommend updating data directly in Azure AD wherever possible, so the directory stays the single source of truth. The bulk editor is available to partners only.
1

Open the editor

Under Manage your data, go to Map data and choose Bulk editor.
2

Choose a type

At the top of the screen, select a Type. This corresponds to the tags: business function, industry, gender, seniority, language and country.
3

Choose the action

Select Overwrite and choose which tag to apply.
4

Apply

Click Start migration, or filter on tags first to apply the change to a specific group only.
Overwrite replaces existing values. Filter to a specific group first if you do not intend to change everybody.
