Teaching happens in two places on the platform, and they work differently. Courses are structured learning that people sit down for. Micro-learnings are the short lessons that arrive inside a simulation, at the moment somebody gets caught.

Which does what

The two are complementary. Micro-learnings catch the teachable moment; courses build the knowledge underneath it.
