Whitelisting via the static URL filter

Log in to your Fortinet account.

Open the web filter
Go to Security Profiles then Web Filter. Create a new web filter, or pick an
existing one to modify.

Open the static URL filter
Expand Static URL Filter, enable URL Filter, and click Create.

Add our domains
Enter our phishing domains.

Set the action
Set the action for matching URLs to Allow, and confirm Status is enabled.
Then what
Have other security products enabled? Whitelist them now.
Once everything that applies to your environment is whitelisted, send a test email from the
platform and confirm every interaction is recorded. See
